zwischen 2018 und 2019. David Dufresne wirft die Frage auf,
wann staatliche Gewalt in Brutalität umschlägt.
»All countries around the world are faced with police violence. For democracies,
it has become a crucial concern for their own survival. The film looks at
social scientist Max Weber's assertion that "the state claims the monopoly of
legitimate violence." It questions definitions of "state" and "legitimate violence,"
and asks who should regulate this monopoly.« (David Dufresne)
